Download instructions:

If you're an experienced downloader, you'll find that downloading our products works exactly like downloading the other files you've downloaded until now. If you're new to downloading, just follow these steps.

• Start the Download: Simply click on the red "Download!" button for the file you want to download. If a window is asking what you want to do with the file, choose "Save" or "Save to Disk." This will allow you to transfer a copy of the Karaoke Pack or the Professional Pack from our server to your computer. The "Save" window will allow you to choose a destination directory.
• Choose a Destination Directory: The "Saved" file must go into a folder (directory) on your computer. Let's select your desktop as the destination directory. The desktop is what you see when no applications are running, or if all of your applications are minimized. Select the "Save In" pull-down list on this dialog and choose the item at the top of the list called "Desktop". You may have to scroll to the top of the list to see the "Desktop" entry. Then press the "Save" button to begin the download.
• After you Download, double click on the file: Depending on your modem speed, the download may take several minutes. When the download is complete, minimize all of your applications so you can see your desktop. A new icon will be displayed on your desktop called "" (or similar). Once you locate this icon, double-click on it to extract the cdg file and the audio tracks.
• If the Download Fails: No problem. If your download is interrupted or aborted for any reason, just press again the red button link and start the download again. If a message is displayed indicating that the file already exists, select the option to "Replace" the existing file and continue with the previuos step after the download is complete.
